Pranayama - Breath
The various pranayama are effective tools in stress management. Some practices give you an extra boost of energy. Others have more a calming, balancing effect. Experience how your mind can become calm and alert.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is an effective stress management tool that aims to ease and prevent psychosomatic illnesses. It is a fully guided practice that facilitates physical, mental and emotional tension release by inducing deep and complete relaxation.
